The Auburn City Council meetings are held the first four Thursdays of each month beginning at 6 p.m. at the Council Chambers of Memorial City Hall, 24 South Street in Auburn, New York.  In the summer months Council meeting start times are at 5 p.m.  Visit the meeting calendar to check on a specific meeting date.

You may view the City Council agenda at the above link.  To see an interactive agenda with links to all supporting documents click on the HTML icon. To download the entire meeting packet click on the PDF icon.

City Council meetings may now be viewed through a live-stream on our City web site. The live video will play on any smartphone, tablet, laptop computer, or desktop computer. The video player is now built into the City website on a local government access channel that the City has named Channel-A.

Each week at the City Council meeting, a portion of the agenda is dedicated for individuals to address the Council about city issues. This portion of the meeting is known as "Public Be Heard." For individuals unable to attend the weekly meeting we have created a Public Be Heard web page. Visit the Public Be Heard web page and you may easily communicate with the entire City Council by submitting your comments electronically through one very easy to use form.

Accomodations:  Requests for accommodations for individuals with disabilities may be made with advanced notice of at least three work days in advance of the meeting by calling (315) 255-4100 or e-mailing disabilityaccess@auburnny.gov.  As much advance notice as possible is needed to assure that appropriate services can be acquired.
