North Division Street Bridge Replacement Project

Sealed bids for the North Division Street Bridge Replacement, for the City of Auburn will be received at the Department of Engineering Services, Memorial City Hall, 24 South Street, 3rd Floor, Auburn, New York, until 12:30 p.m. local time, on May 22, 2018, and then at said time publicly opened and read.

There will be a non-mandatory meeting at 10:00 a.m. local time, on May 8, 2018 in the 1st Floor Council Chambers at the Memorial City Hall, 24 South Street, Auburn, New York.

Plans and specifications may be obtained at the City of Auburn's website at www.auburnny.gov under Bids/RFPs.





RFP: Waste Water Treatment Plant UV/Disinfection Replacement Project

The City of Auburn Department of Municipal Utilities will receive and open proposals: Friday, May 4, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.

There will be a non-mandatory meeting to all interested firms on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the Auburn Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 35 Bradley St. Auburn, NY 13021  

The RFP may be obtained by following the link below and submitting the request form. If you would like to submit a RFP, you MUST be on our bidders list. A link to download the appropriate information will be included in a return email to the address provided in the form.




Water Main Reconstruction. North Street (NYS Route 34) and York Street

Sealed bids for the Water Main Reconstruction - North Street (NYS Route 34) and York Street, DWSRF No. 15546 for the City of Auburn will be received at the Engineering Department, Memorial City Hall, 24 South Street, Auburn, New York, until 12:30 p.m. local time, on Monday April 23, 2018, and then at said time publicly opened and read in Council Chambers.

The project provides for the replacement of the existing cast iron water main with a new 12” ductile iron water main.  The project includes Base Bid and Add Alternate Bid items.  The Base Bid project limits begin at the intersection of North Street and Carpenter Street and extend to the intersection at North Street and York Street and from the intersection of York Street and North Street to the intersection at York Street and Chase Street Extension.  The Add Alternate Bid project limits begin at the intersection of North Street and York Street and extend to the intersection at North Street and Quarry Road.  

The Bidding and Contract Documents may be obtained through the City of Auburn’s website at www.auburnny.gov, under Bids/RFPs.

All work of the contract shall be entirely completed and performed by November 2, 2018.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.





REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING CASEY PARK POOL FILTRATION SYSTEM.


Sealed bids for the replacement of the existing Casey park Pool Filtration System for the City of Auburn will be received at the City of Auburn Purchasing Office, Suite B16, Memorial City Hall, 24 South Street, Auburn, New York, until 11:30 a.m. local time, on Thursday March 22, 2018, and then at said time publicly opened and read.

In accordance with Executive Law, Article 15-A,~the City of Auburn~encourages proposals from minority and women-owned business enterprises as defined under Subdivision 9 of Section 310 of said law. All selected applicants may be required to provide an equal opportunity policy and staffing plan.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waiver any informalities, or award the contract in the best interest of the City of Auburn.
