The City of Auburn, along with Home HeadQuarters and Cayuga County Homsite
Development Corporation, has launched “The Brighter Side,” a multi-pronged strategy
to address foreclosures and zombie properties in the City of Auburn. The Bank
Summit is an opportunity for financial institutions, non-profits and other community
stakeholders to learn about resources available for those facing foreclosure to lessen the
impact of vacant and zombie properties in our community. It will also provide banks
with an opportunity to enrich their Community Reinvestment Act goals.
