Community Development programs and initiatives are overseen by the Office of Planning & Economic Development. These programs and initiatives focus on a range of topics including housing, human services, public infrastructure, and neighborhood stabilization. A Key function of the Community Development staff is the administration of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds including the Home Repair Assistance Program, Sidewalk Replacement Program, Small Business Assistance Program and Community Development Support Services.
