Office of Jeffrey Dygert, City Manager.
Official custodian of all City Records and the City Seal. She serves as the Registrar of Vital Records, Issues Marriage Licenses, maintains City Website, and manages City Dog Control services.
City Councilors: Wm. Graney, P. Ruzicka, M.Smith, J.Camardo
Serves as an impartial, unbiased broker to conduct matters of personnel administration in the City.
Ensures compliance with the NYS Builiding Code, as well as local building, housing, and zoning codes.
Provides a wide range of legal services to the City, its legislative body, and its various departments.
Responsible for all engineering functions including sidewalks, roads, sewer/water repair, and permits.

Responsibilities include Hydropower, solid waste, and water purification.
Oversite of City Parks and Recreation Programs - sports, arts, summer concerts, swimming, softball, basketball and more.
Responsible for the coordination and administration of a broad scope of planning, community development and economic development functions.
Responsibilities include Cemeteries, Parks, Recreation, Sewer, Trees, and Water Distribution.
Records and preserves all records of births and deaths that occur in the City of Auburn.

Responsible for the valuation of all properties within the City
Chief Financial Officer of the City and the head of the Finance Department
Responsible for the preparation and mailing of all City tax bills and collection of all revenue
Responsible for utility billing and maintenance
Public Safety

Provides fire suppression, fire prevention education, code enforcement, and emergency medical and rescue response services for the City
Responsible for enforcing the laws governing the City, for preserving the peace, and for providing a safe City environment
