Public Be Heard: Each week at the City Council meeting, a portion of the agenda is dedicated for individuals to address the Council about city issues. This portion of the meeting is known as "Public Be Heard." For individuals unable to attend the weekly meeting we have created a Public Be Heard web page where you may easily communicate with the entire City Council by submitting your comments electronically through one very easy to use form.

Accomodations: Requests for accommodations for individuals with disabilities may be made with advanced notice of at least three work days in advance of the meeting by calling (315) 255-4100 or contact by e-mail. As much advance notice as possible is needed to assure that appropriate services can be acquired.
