Live Music & Kid’s Activities Planned for Fall at the Downtown Auburn Saturday Markets
The NYS Equal Rights Heritage Center and the Downtown Auburn BID are pleased to announce the line-up of free live music and kid’s activities for the fall Downtown Auburn Saturday Markets happening every Saturday from September 21st through October 26th at the Equal Rights Heritage Center, 25 South Street in downtown Auburn.
Here is the entertainment line-up for the fall Saturday Markets:
Saturday, September 21
- Live music: Mo and the Soul Show 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Kid’s activity: Bounce House on the lawn
Saturday, September 28
- Live music: Fiona Chisholm 9:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.
- Live music: Nadine Prince 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Sisterhood of the Traveling Broom performance 12:30 p.m.
- Kid’s activity: Bounce House on the lawn
Saturday, October 5
- Live Music: Harriet Tubman Singers with Perform 4 Purpose, 10 a.m.
- Live Music: Gringa Grooves Trio, 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
- Free Yoga on the Lawn 11 a.m. through Noon
- Kid’s activity: Bounce House on the lawn (before and after yoga)
- 10 a.m. Gather on South Street to cheer on the runners of Auburn's newest 5k race, the first ever Riot Run 5k
Saturday, October 12
- Live music: Ben Wayne and Jess Novak, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Kid’s activity: Bounce House on the lawn
Saturday, October 19
- Mo and the Soul Show, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Kid’s activity: Jeff the Magic Man on site 10:30 a.m. through Noon
Saturday, October 26
- Live music: Fiona Chisholm 9:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.
- Live music: Xarika, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Kid’s activity: Nate the Great is back with TWO interactive juggling shows beginning at 10:30 a.m.
The Downtown Auburn Saturday Market is held every Saturday at the Equal Rights Heritage Center, 25 South Street in Downtown Auburn from 9 a.m. through 2 p.m. Each market features a variety of local makers, artists, food producers, farmers, and Taste NY products.
