Auburn City Council NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

            Notice is hereby given that the Auburn City Council has called a Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m. regarding: LOCAL LAW #3 of  2019 “REPEALING AND REPLACING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 259 OF THE AUBURN CITY CODE ENTITLED “STREETS AND PUBLIC PLACES”.

            This Public Hearing will be held during the regular City Council meeting in the Council Chambers at Memorial City Hall, 24 South Street, Auburn, NY 13021.

            This meeting will also be live-streamed via the City of Auburn’s website at: www.AuburnNY.gov/Channel-A

            Requests for accommodations for individuals with disabilities may be made with advanced notice of at least two work days in advance of the public hearing by calling (315) 255-4100 or e-mailing disabilityaccess@auburnny.gov.  As much advance notice as possible is needed to assure that appropriate services can be acquired.
