Notice is hereby given that the fiscal affairs of the city of Auburn, New York for the period beginning on July 1, 2015 and ending on March 9, 2017 have been examined by the Office of the State Comptroller and that the report of examination prepared by the Office of the State Comptroller has been filed in my office where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to section thirty-five of the General Municipal Law, the City Council of the City of Auburn, New York has determined to prepare a written response to the report of examination prepared by the Office of the State Comptroller and filed such response by way of Council Resolution #163 of 2017, approving a corrective action plan for the Office of the State Comptroller, filed in my office as a public record for inspection by all interested persons.
