Hoopes Park

City Parks Summer Concert Series - Free Summer Concerts in July and August

Public Notice: There is no public skating allowed on the Hoopes Park Pond.

A picture perfect park view awaits visitors and residents traveling west into Auburn as they pass by Hoopes Park one of Central New York’s most attractive city parks.

The Auburn Beautification Commission has been raising funds and working hard on many projects in Auburn. At Hoopes Park work is being done to replicate planting beds throughout the park using plans drawn in 1931. From the pond, to the gazebo, to gardens and the clubhouse - this park is a great example of what citizens can do when working together.

Since the early 1900s Hoopes Park has hosted community events from summer concerts to art and antique shows.  And on any day rain or shine (even snow!) you can take an early morning walk around the pond, feed the ducks, take a family photo, or just sit and read a book. The park has also become a destination location for weddings from May through October.

Please consult the Hoopes Park Reservation Calendar when making your plans.
