NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the City of
Auburn Planning Board on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at 6:30 P. M. in Council Chambers at Memorial
City Hall. The meeting will be conducted in accordance with the regulations of Section 305-94 of the

Interested persons are encouraged to submit written comments regarding an agenda items via email to sselvek@auburnny.gov or by mail to Auburn Planning Board, 24 South Street, Auburn NY 13021.

The Planning Board will consider the following requests:
1. Application for Site Plan Review to reconstruct and expand an existing 52-space parking lot to accommodate parking for a total of
83 vehicles including removal of existing paving, regrading, retaining wall, internal pedestrian access, and landscaping at 20-26 Park Avenue. Applicant: Auburn Community Hospital.

2. PUBLIC HEARING: Amending Chapter 305 of the Auburn City Code Entitled “Zoning”.
