Records Bureau

The Records Bureau consists of two full time personnel. The Records Bureau is responsible for case document scanning/archiving, case report management, police report data entry, public service for the request of records, filing of all police reports, monthly crime reporting to NYS DCJS, warrant entries and maintenance, and the historical archiving of all police reports generated by our officers. The Records Bureau also assists with administrative duties as well as clerical support for Police Officers. You can obtain copies of an accident report online here.

Hours of Operation

The Records Bureau is open Monday through Friday 7:00am until 3:00pm. The Records Bureau is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all holidays. Parking for the Records Bureau is in the metered area on Market Street across from the Cayuga/Seneca ARC.
