NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of Auburn Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, May 24, 2021  at 7:00 p.m.. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with the regulation of section 305.14 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Auburn. 

Tabled from 4/26/21 meeting - 12 Kensington Ave.  R1 zoning district.  Requesting two Area variances to install front yard parking area along side of existing driveway.  Applicant Don Helmer II.

94 Prospect St . R1 zoning district. Requesting an Area Variance to install a front yard parking area of 20’ x 20’.  Applicant Anthony and Susan Forgione.  

207 Genesee St. R2 zoning district.  Requesting a Use Variance to create a small animal veterinary clinic in a R2 zone.  This is not a listed allowed use in this zone.   Applicant Dr. Paula Ospina (buyer) and Gary and Gale Sturm (seller)

217 Grant Ave – Known as 231 Grant Ave (Speed Way).  HC zoning district. Requesting an Area Variance to continue the use of a non-conforming pole sign with upgraded electronic pricing boxes.  Applicant Site Enhancement Services, Shawn Smith.

107 Osborne St. R2 zoning district.  Requesting a Use Variance to have a commercial use (McLaughlin Glass Co) in a R2 zone.  Applicant Michael McLaughlin.
