NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of Auburn Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, November 22, 2021  at 7:00 p.m.. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with the regulation of section 305.14 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Auburn. 

 

TABLED from 10/25/21 - 41 Cottage St.  R1 zoning District.  Requesting an Area Variance to install a 29.5’ x 20.5’ (604.75sqft) parking area in the front yard. Applicant James Ciampi

5 Frederick St. R1 zoning district.  Requesting an Area Variance of 64’ in driveway width max allowed in the R1 zone is 20’ width.   Applicant Joseph Rizzo

108 Genesee St. D zoning district.  Requesting Area Variances to install new/ additional signage on the building. Applicant Auburn Public Theater
