NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the City of Auburn Planning Board on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 6:30 P. M. in Council Chambers at Memorial City Hall. The meeting will be conducted in accordance with the regulations of Section 305-94 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Auburn.

May 7, 2024, the Planning Board will consider the following requests:

• Public Hearing be held concerning the amendment of the City’s Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the location of adult use cannabis businesses. 
• (Tabled) Presentation of revised plans for the Site Plan Review to demolish the existing structures and construct a 3-story, 7,105± SF building for a temporary shelter for the unhoused population including 80 shelter beds and 8 studio apartments, together with parking, landscaping, site lighting, and stormwater management at 290-292 Grant Avenue. Auburn City Council NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Auburn City Council has called a Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at the regular meeting of the City of Auburn Planning Board that begins at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of collecting citizen input concerning Ordinance #1 of 2024 Amending Chapter 305, Zoning of the City of Auburn Code.

            This Public Hearing will be held during the regular Planning Board meeting in the Council Chambers at Memorial City Hall, 24 South Street, Auburn, NY 13021.  Requests for accommodations may be made with advanced notice of at least three work days prior to the meeting by calling (315) 255-4100 or e-mailing disabilityaccess@auburnny.gov. As much advance notice as possible is needed to assure that appropriate services can be acquired.
