According to a recent poll published in Forbes Magazine, “Auburn, N.Y., a tiny Finger Lakes town probably best known for its correctional facility, takes the top spot for the Northeast region, and comes in at No. 18 in the nation.”

›› The 2012 Memorial Day Parade will be held on May 28, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. The parade will assemble at St. Alphonsus Church and move West on Genesee Street toward Veteran's Memorial Park. A ceremony honoring our Veterans will be held immediately following the parade.

›› The City of Auburn Landfill's annual spring drop off program will start Saturday May 5th from 7:00AM to 11:30AM. Areas of the city to be serviced will follow the Streamline / Recycling schedule designated areas 1 through 4 running from May 5th to May 26th, respectively. The program offers City residents the opportunity to deliver materials to the landfill without purchasing a permit. Proof of residency will be required. More...
