Videoconference: City Council Meeting and Public Hearing for the 2021-2022 CDBG Action Plan

The Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. City Council work session meeting will be held via videoconference due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  There will be no in-person attendance for this meeting.  This meeting will live stream on the City website at www.AuburnNY.gov/livestream beginning at 5pm.  If you would like to participate in the public to be heard via the video/teleconference please send an email by 4 p.m. on January 28th to the City Clerk at cmason@auburnny.gov and the clerk will email you a link.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE 2021-2022 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ACTION PLAN 

Notice is hereby given that the Auburn City Council has called a Public Hearing to be held on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at the regular meeting of the City of Auburn City Council that begins at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of collecting citizen input concerning the City of Auburn 2021-2022 Community Development Block Grant Action Plan.  This Public Hearing will live stream on the City website at www.AuburnNY.gov/livestream beginning at 5pm.  If you would like to participate in the public hearing via the video/teleconference please send an email by 4 p.m. on January 28th to the City Clerk at cmason@auburnny.gov and the clerk will email you a link.

Live-Stream:  City Council meetings may now be viewed through a live-stream on our City web site. The live video will play on any smartphone, tablet, laptop computer, or desktop computer. The video player is now built into the City website on a local government access channel that the City has named Channel-A.

Public Be Heard:  Each week at the City Council meeting, a portion of the agenda is dedicated for individuals to address the Council about city issues. This portion of the meeting is known as "Public Be Heard." For individuals unable to attend the weekly meeting we have created a Public Be Heard web page where you may easily communicate with the entire City Council by submitting your comments electronically through one very easy to use form.

Accomodations:  Requests for accommodations for individuals with disabilities may be made with advanced notice of at least three work days in advance of the meeting by calling (315) 255-4100 or contact by e-mail. As much advance notice as possible is needed to assure that appropriate services can be acquired.
