NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of Auburn Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, July 11, 2022  at 7:00 p.m.. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with the regulation of section 305.14 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Auburn.   The meeting will be held in Council Chambers, Memorial City Hall, 24 South Street.

 

248 S. Hoopes Ave. R1 zoning district.  Applicant is requesting three Area Variances for the placement of a 12’ x 16’ shed.  Applicant: John Locastro.

38 Grove Ave.  R1 zoning district.  Applicant is requesting an Area Variance of 5’ in allowed width to install a second driveway.  Applicant: Thomas Aubin.

8 Button St.  R1 zoning district.  Applicant is requesting an Area Variance of 280 sqft for the addition of a patio cover to the side of the garage.  Applicant: Eric Vargason.

4 Harnden St.  R1 zoning district.  Applicant is requesting an Area Variance of 6’ in allowed width of combined driveways. Applicant: Thomas Nardella.

33 Dexter Ave.  R1 zoning district.  Applicant is requesting an Area Variance of 16 sqft over the allowed max size of a shed. Applicant: Buddy Unger.

70 Standart Ave.  R1 zoning district.  Applicant is requesting an Area Variance for the placement of a 20’ x 28’ garage. Applicant: William Leonard.

86 North St.  D zoning district.  Applicant is requesting an Area Variance for changes to signage and continued use of the pole sign.  Applicant: Tompkins Trust Company. 

17 Lansing St.  C zoning district.  Applicant is requesting two Area Variances for installation of new signage for proposed cancer center.  Applicant: Pack Grove Realty, LLC.

Any other matters that may be properly brought before the Board.
