The Contractor Breakfast is a great opportunity to learn about available residential repair & rehab financing programs available for your customers, opportunities to start working with Homsite-funded customers, upcoming construction & rehab projects and meet Homsite and City of Auburn staff while enjoying a light breakfast.

Homsite is a non-profit community development organization serving the City of Auburn and Cayuga County. Homsite works with contractors in many ways providing home improvement loans and grants to homeowners looking to make necessary home repairs and home improvements. In addition, Homsite owns a number of multi-family rental units that often need repairs completed by contractors.   Homsite aims to work with experienced, qualified contractors.
