NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of Auburn Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, January 23, 2023  at 6:30 p.m.. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with the regulation of section 305.14 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Auburn.   

Tabled matter - 325-327 Genesee St. C zoning district. Applicant is requesting a Use Variance to erect self-storage units at the property.  This is not an allowed listed use.  Applicant: True Storage, LLC

Tabled matter - 148 Lake Ave.   R1 zoning district.  Applicant is requesting a Use Variance to have a Short Term Rental at this location.  This is not a listed allowed/permitted use in this zone.  Applicant: Thomas & Deborah Leone.

Tabled matter - 56-58 Clark St.  R2 zoning district.  Applicant is requesting a Use Variance to allow for motor vehicle sales room/ rentals at this location.  This use is a prohibited use in this zone.    Applicant: Michael Morgan

Tabled matter - 92 Owasco St.  R1 zoning district.  Applicant is requesting a Use Variance to allow a Retail, Goods and Services at the location of the former Leader Real Estate Office. Applicant: Linda & Theodore Leader

Any other matters that may be properly brought before the Board.
