Videoconference: Zoning Board of Appeals

The Monday, January 25, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will be held via videoconference due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  There will be no in-person attendance for this meeting.  This meeting will live stream on the City website at www.AuburnNY.gov/livestream beginning at 7 p.m.  If you would like to participate in the public to be heard via the video/teleconference please send an email by 6 p.m. on January 25th to the City Clerk at cmason@auburnny.gov and the clerk will email you a link.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of Auburn Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, January 25, 2021  at 7:00 p.m.. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with the regulation of section 305.14 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Auburn. 

  • 161 Genesee St.  D zoning district. Requesting an Area Variances for a sign.   Applicant Plaza of the Arts/Cayuga Culinary Institute
  • Any other matters that may be properly brought before the Board
