NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of Auburn Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, October 24, 2022  at 7:00 p.m.. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with the regulation of section 305.14 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Auburn.   

  • Tabled matter - 325-327 Genesee St. C zoning district. Applicant is requesting a Use Variance to erect self-storage units at the property.  This is not an allowed listed use.  Applicant: True Storage, LLC
  • 13 Highland St.  R1 zoning district.  Applicant is requesting two Area Variances to construct a carport over the driveway.   Applicant: Nicholas and Francine Daloia
  • 72 Metcalf Dr.   R1 zoning district.  Applicant is requesting Area Variances to construct a 768 sqft pole barn garage on the property.  Applicant: Brian Hutchings
  • 52 Seymour St.  R2 zoning district.  Applicant is requesting an Area Variance to install a 17.75 sqft sign at this location.   Applicant: Calvary Food Pantry of CNY Inc. 
  • Any other matters that may be properly brought before the Board.
