The following resolutions were considered at the April 7, 2022 City Council Meeting: 

• SEQRA Resolution #1 of 2022 Determination that the Casey Park Skatepark Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a Significant Adverse Environmental Impact (Carried 5-0)
• Agreement Resolution #35 of 2022 Authorizing Change Order #1 for the Lincoln Street Parking Garage Rehabilitation Project (Carried 5-0)
• Agreement Resolution #36 of 2022 Authorizing Change Order #3 for Parking Garage for Popli Design Group (Carried 5-0)
• Council Resolution 37 of 2022 Adopting the 2021 Cayuga County Hazard Mitigation Plan Update (Carried 5-0)
• Council Resolution #38 of 2022 Adopting the Retail Water Rate (Carried 4-1)

City Manager Jeff Dygert presented his first draft of the City Fiscal year 2022-2023 proposed city budget.  The Council also received department budget presentations from Departments of Municipal Utilities, Planning, Code Enforcement, Engineering, Public Works and City Clerk.
