Design Services for the Auburn Public Safety Building
Issue Date: January 17, 2020
Proposals for Design Services for the Auburn Public Safety Building will be received at the Office of the City Manager, Memorial City Hall, 24 South Street, Auburn, New York, until 4:00 p.m. on February 6, 2020. Each proposal must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFP.
The RFP may be obtained through the City of Auburn’s website at www.auburnny.gov/bids.
In accordance with Executive Law, Article 15-A, the City of Auburn encourages proposals from minority and women-owned business enterprises as defined under Subdivision 9 of Section 310 of said law. All selected applicants will be required to provide an equal opportunity policy and staffing plan. The State has established an overall goal of 30% for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“MWBE”) participation.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informalities, or award the contract in the best interest of the City of Auburn.
This project has been funded in part by the Climate Smart Community Grant Program, Title 15 of the Environmental Protection Fund through the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
