The City of Auburn/Cayuga County Homeless Task Force, which has been in existence since 2002, is a local community network of public, private, and non-profit partners, committed to ending homelessness in Cayuga County. The Auburn Planning Department staff serves as the City of Auburn/Cayuga County Homeless Task Force Chair and is the liaison to the NY-505 Continuum of Care (CoC). In June 2016, the City of Auburn/Cayuga County Continuum of Care NY-502 merged with the Housing and Homeless Coalition of Central NY Continuum of Care NY-505. The merger has presented great opportunities for our community to address, prevent and end homelessness.

The City of Auburn Homeless Task Force meetings are open to the public and held at 11:00 am in City Hall, 24 South Street, Auburn, 1st floor Council Chambers. Please see below for upcoming meeting dates:
