Bradford Street Park

December 1, 2021 update.  The Bradford Playground renovation has concluded for the winter.  Finishing components will be finalized in the early spring of 2022.  The following pictures show the progress that was made in 2021:

Bradford Street Park is scheduled for an upgrade in the year 2020-2021.  The removal of the old playground equipment will be conducted in the fall of 2020 followed by instalation of the new playground equipment.  The park landscaping features will be completed in the spring of 2021.

Project Funding: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 100% $213,714.

Project Description: Identified in the 2016 Auburn Parks Master Plan, this neighborhood park is considered a “high” priority park that serves to support the physical and mental well-being of people of all ages. Improvements including, but not limited to, the removal of old playground equipment and install new equipment, replace broken or unsafe equipment, replacement of park fencing, and install new lighting, pathways and sidewalks meeting ADA standards, and park landscaping.
